Founded in 1936, we have been central Virginia's premier supplier and installer of high end natural stone. From granite to marble, limestone and slate, field stone and blue stone paving, we have had a hand in the construction of almost every high profile stone project in the state. In the last two decades we have trained our stonemasons in the very exacting art of stone restoration on existing buildings of historic importance.

In 1997, we saw an opportunity to venture into the residential side of the stone world and started Empire Marble and Granite. That company specializes in the fabrication and installation of slab stock granite and marble for uses in the home.
